Scrappin For Me: Wish

Hello!!

Sharing a page today I created of my darling daughter. This time I have done my page a little different from normal and that is that I have incorporated patterned paper into my cluster along with the gorgeous Dusty Attic chipboard. I have stayed true to my style and created another clean clustered white space layout.

I got quiet scissor happy with these papers which are from the Graphic 45 A Ladies Diary collection, it was hard not to as they are beautiful and were screaming at me to be cut up. I created my own paper bow from contrasting paper.

As you can see lots of little details and dimension. I added a Dusty Attic ATC frame behind my photo and painted this with Dusty In Colour Faded Denim I then added some assorted cotton and string for added texture. A Dusty Attic Mini Word Title was perfect for this page so I painted it in the same colour as the frame.

I added a little bit of texture to the background and gave it a light wash of Dusty In Colour Faded Denim. colour. To create the extremely light wash I simply squeeze a little paint onto my paint palette and then add water, the more you add the lighter the wash. I added a lot of water as I wanted it very light. I then just apply with a paint brush and wipe away excess with a baby wipe.
