Graphic 45 - #Beautiful

Hello!

Sharing a layout I created for Graphic 45. This month we were asked to create a mixed media watercoloured project so I chose to create a layout featuring my daughter ready for her formal.

For the layout I chose to use the Communique collection because a lot of the papers in the collection are neutral colour tones making it easy to mix with other colours. I wanted a strong colour so I went with red as I knew it would mash really well with this collection.

'#Beautiful'

 To create my main cluster I fussy cut a lot of pens from the Pen In Hand patterned paper and then just started layering them until I was happy. The background of the cluster was created with watercolour paints and a text stencil.

I love the vibrancy of the red, it is a colour that I just don't use a lot of but for this page I simply love it.

Prima - Sandi Pirrelli Colouring Books

Dropping in today for a very quick post to share 2 watercolour pages created for Prima out of the Sandi Pirrelli Behind The Garden Gate colouring book. These are the first time I have ever watercoloured anything so they were created using a trial and error.

I do like the watercolour effect so I think I may have to continue on learning more techniques.

Prima - Princesses Stamps

Howdy!!

Sharing some tags I created using the new Prima Princesses stamps, Maia and Claire. They are super sweet with so many details.

To create the tags I stamped multiple images of each stamp and then fussy cut and layered.

'Princess Maia'

I fussy cut and added a few resist butterflies from the Vintage Emporium 6x6 Paintables Pad. I then added a cluster of the marbled Onyx flowers.

For extra texture I added some cotton thread and some mini art stones.

Prima - Julie Nutting Colouring Book

Hello!

Quick post today to share a couple of projects I created using the new Julie Nutting Colouring Book. For me these were a little challenging for me but I am happy with how they finished up.

The next is a tag created with a coloring page but then fussy cut and layered to create a little dimension.
