A Little Dreamer.....

Happy Wednesday!!

Today I have a project to share that has combined 2 of my favourite companies. Manor House Creations had teamed up with Twiddleybiz to create a truly stunning showcase of the use of both products together. If you are interested in having a look simply go to the Manor House Creations Blog for the next week and you will see what the girls have been creating.

I had this gorgeous easel to work with.

And this is what I created with it. I totally love how it turned out.

I added lots of other twiddley goodness from my stash to create my frame. I painted the easel and dress form white then distressed both. Once I had all of the elements attached to the 6×6 easel my lovely hubby then attached the dress form to the side of the easel with the use of wire and hot glue..so Miss Charlotte is now the main element feature of my OTP project. The angel wings were created using the Xmas Tinsel bow and cutting in half, it made the most gorgeous wings.

Twiddleybitz Materials

6×6 MDF Easel – MDF06
Steam Punk Gears Border – SPK008
Flourish Corners 4 pack – FLOR17
Steam Punk Clock with Gears – SPK005
Steam Punk Gear Corner – SPK004
Xmas Tinsel Bow – XMAS024
MDF Miss Charlotte – MDF013.

I recoloured the Melon Petite Roses with Pink Bubb Glimmermist and with help of the already melon colour they went to a lovely shade of hot pink, much to my liking. I also pulled away some of the backing layers on a couple of the roses to make them smaller and more petite.
