Hi Peeps

Dropping by today for my last post before Christmas. I wanted wish all of my lovely blog followers a very Merry Christmas. Hope you all have a wonderful and festive day!!

And this is my interpretation.

'Amazing Moments'

I was inspired by the colours of the flowers and the macaroons. I used to darker beads to interpret the seeds of the fruit and the smaller micro beads to imitate the gold glitter.

Wish....

Sharing a page today that was inspired by the Scrap Around The World January Mood Board and I have used The Scrapbook Stores January sketch for page design.

So this is the sketch...very pretty indeed.

This is the Scrap Around The World Mood Board.

Isn't it gorgeous...I loved the shabbiness and colours. I was also inspired by the details of the frames.

And this is the page I created....

"Wish"

I have basically compacted all elements of the sketch and made more of a centre cluster with it. Once again I have added a few extra to make the sketch my own.

I created lots of layers with Dusty Attic chipboard and added flowers, thread and pearls for extra texture.

I applied texture paste liberally to all the chipboard for added texture. I cut the centre from the dreamcatcher to create a circle frame and added extra flowers, string and pearls for added dimension.

Scrap Around The World - Mad Tea Party

As soon as I saw it I was so inspired loved the colours and the fact that it had a fairytale type theme made it even better. Perfect for scrapping a photobomb...lol.

Scrap Around The World August Mood Board

So this month I decided to play along with the August Mood Board at Scrap Around The World, when I first saw the mood board I was totally inspired by the white, blue, aqua and yellow tones and then I saw the shoe I loved how the bottom of the shoe was made up of lines and I had an idea straight away of using this style in my background. The shoe, the flower clusters on the shoe, the detail in the staircase rails and the colours are the main inspiration behind my page.

"Love Is A Moment"

I played with some chalkboard inks to create the washed background, topped with lots of fussy cut Pixie Glen patterned paper and then added a sprinkling of gorgeous flowers, pearls and bling.

I cut strips of paper and placed behind photo as my background to add interest.

Scrap Around The World June Mood Board

So for the first time ever I decided to play along with the June Mood Board from Scrap Around The World this month. When I first saw the colours I was totally inspired. I simply loved everything about this mood board the colour mix of the vibrant yellow mixed with black, the flowers, the papers straws and the word LOVE. It feels really fresh, I know you don't have to stick to the colour palette but I couldn't help myself.

Absolutely gorgeous and vibrant...it put me in my happy place. And this is the page I created for the challenge.

I really love the finished layout with the vibrant yellow against the dark background. It has layers from fussy cutting, topped with some beautiful Manor House Creations flowers with a finishing touch of a sprinkling of pearls and bling.
